Poor communication-estimate did not include specific requests discussed and not received for 3 days after multiple calls to them. Had to ask repeatedly to complete items requested at estimate. Irresponsible. Lacking necessary knowledge or willingness to do the job properly-didn't remove all quarter round & damaged my trim in several places and ran nails in the floor to secure when it is a pegged floor. I agreed to pay extra to fill all the holes and spaces with putty, had to demand again they fill them before finishing. Finish is FULL of hair, dirt, garbage. 4 days of dealing with them arguing at every stage of the job in order to get something done as requested. I am very unhappy with my experience and my results.

The guys at Patriot Floors were fantastic! They started and finished the job on time. The price they quoted was competitive. They were absolute perfectionists when it came to sanding and detailing the hardwoods. They put down several different stains for us to review and select just the right color for our taste. They were courteous, professional and did outstanding work! Our floors turned out beautifully! We highly recommend!

We had 6-8 companies quote us and Patriot was the most professional. We learned more from them about the process just from the quote than any other provider. We were also impressed by their work ethic as they worked 10+ hour days. The actual end product is stunning and we couldnâ t be happier.

We love our refinished floors! Mike and his team took sad old floors, covered by carpet and years of wear, and turned them into something beautiful. Weâ re so glad we went with Patriot.
