We hired IRBIN to refinish 4 antique pieces in a dark ebony stain. The pieces turned out amazing! Arhaus was our inspiration, and we would have spent 5 times the cost to purchase new furniture pieces.

Perez Painting and Renovations did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home. They repaired the wood rot to my front columns with PVC. When more previously unseen wood rot was found around a few windows they brought this to my attention and these areas were properly repaired. The workers had the needed materials on hand. They also repaired a sagging gutter on the side of my home. The paint job is flawless. I am extremely happy that I chose them. Excellent work and a VERY fair price. Oh, and they pressure washed my large back patio at no extra cost! Now I have a fresh look to the exterior of my home with a beautiful clean back patio to match! Thank you Irbin for that! I Highly recommend Irbin and his Team. What a pleasure it was to work with them. They painted the interior of our home and kitchen cabinets and also installed some fans/lights for us. Irbin and his team were always on time . Always available to answer all your questions and give you advice/suggestions. They work with picky people like myself with such Grace and patience. Irbin and his team will work with you until you are completely satisfied . Once they are done with the work, they clean up after themselves and during the final walkthrough, if you need anything else to get touched up or worked on Irbin will do it for you .
