Needed work done on multiple outlets and 2 bathroom exhaust fans in a 40 year old condo. One reason I chose them was because they advertise to be older home specialists and from past DIY projects and various repair technician experiences I’ve come to realize that nothing is a simple fix in my condo. Not to my surprise there ended up being some issues but Point Loma Electric and Plumbing did not disappoint. David was my technician and his years of experience showed throughout the whole process. He did a great job completing all the work I requested. More impressive was the team work displayed when an unexpected plumbing issue occurred due to old pipes and valves, reinforcing my nothing is an easy fix at my place attitude. Not only did a plumbing supervisor arrive to quickly fix the issue at no cost but another electrician did as well to ensure the minor delay didn’t hinder David from completing his work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Point Loma Electric and Plumbing. They offer competitive pricing and excellent customer service from the office staff to the the technicians.

The team showed up on time, was courteous, worked efficiently, and informed me every step of the way during the install of my new quiet cool fan. Great customer service and really enjoyed the crew. I had Rich from Point Loma Electric add two new outlets to my garage. Rich called before arriving, kept me in the loop with everything he was doing and walked me through the completed project as well as my guarantees. Rich did an outstanding job and it looks great and is super clean. I plan on using Point Loma Electric for my next project. The price seemed a bit high (I did receive a Military discount) but I don't have a reference point because I chose this company because of their ratings and I firmly believe you get what you pay for.
