    Great experience from start to finish. The electrician, Aaron, was prompt and professional. He did good work and was very good at communicating what needed to be done and he kept us apprised on his schedule and the work he was performing. When the project was finished he showed me the finished product which was restoring/upgrading our electrical panel and making sure it met today's codes. Amber communicated well when Aaron would arrive to give us the estimate and when he would be at our house to start the work and how long it would take. Also, very easy to schedule free estimate and work. I would use Pt. Loma Electric again and recommend them.

    The technicians Mike and Frankie were very professional and courteous. Mike made suggestions about installation of dimmers, lights and fans that were very helpful in the overall completion of what each room needed. They are a little more expensive then other companies I looked at but worth it.

    I was contacted immediately by text and got the estimate, agreed and they came out the next day to replace 3 ceiling fans. Richard - the electrician, was prompt and professional. They are expensive, but very efficient.

    Too pricey will not use again

After 32 years in business, we have learned that if a cheap price is the most important hiring consideration, regretfully, we will not be the right fit. Our goal is to provide the best service at prices that are fair to the customer and allow a reasonable profit of 10% after expenses and overhead... We are not the cheapest contractor but work hard to provide value commensurate with what we need to charge to support our team and provide a high level of service to our customers. The primary reason that 95% of contractors are out of business in less than 5 years is because they don't know how set their prices to remain in business. We stand behind our work 100% and our customers know we will be there for them in the future if they need us again. Thanks again for your consideration. We hope you found the contractor who is the best match for your needs.

    Robert I was absolutely the reason why I decided to go ahead and purchase this tankless water heater. He came out on Christmas eve and had everything right on his truck to do a complete install same day. He didn't use high pressure sales techniques. He answered all my questions and completed the job well over my expectations. The unit was more than I wanted to spend but they offer military discount & new customer and easy price options as well as 12 months same as cash options. I am 100% satisfied with my investment because of Robert I. BTW great electrical work to Anthony C.

    Sounds too expensive! We paid $177 for replacing one receptacle. We feel that we had no choice to go ahead with the work, otherwise we had to pay the $65 diagnostic fee!

    We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our pricing. Most companies do have to charge a minimum amount for a service call, or they end up out of business. Our pricing is competitive with similar contractors, but we are not the cheapest electrical and plumbing contractor in town. After the first task, outlets are between $65-$44 each depending on the total number. The initial repair was the $177. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied due to the pricing. In this case a handyman may have been a better fit for your preferences.
