Reviews
Write a ReviewThe experience I had with Ed Brown was a very good one....... He worked hard to meet all of my needs. There was a little difficulty, bur he was able to correct the situation. I'm glad I had the pleasure of Ed completing my pond service.
We found Ponderiffic Adventures to be extremely honest and professional. Great design ideas were explored and implemented. It was a wonderful experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Ed to anyone. We are extremely satisfied. We would certainly call Ed at Ponderiffic Adventures for any future projects. We started out thinking synthetic lawn and very pleased with our decision to put in a flagstone patio. They also redirected heads on our sprinkler system and put in new line. This improved the efficiency of our sprinkler system and reduced the amount of grass and use of water.
There was some difficulty getting them here and the communication was confusing. The workers were very nice.
After I found Ed brown on your website, I phoned him and set an appt to meet. HE CALLED ME BACK BEFORE THE APPT TO INVITE ME TO A HOMESHOW NEARBY WHERE I COULD SEE HIS WORK. THE DISPLAY WAS EXCELLENT! DURIING HIS ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK HE TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT HE WOULD DO AND HOW MUCH AND ALSO THE TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO DO. HE FULFILLED EACH OF THESE REQUIREMENTS. THE POND AND WATERFALL ARE BEAUTIFUL AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY. THANK YOU ED BROWN.
Things I liked: Ed has good skills to create a muscular water-fall. Things I didn't like: 1. Too much cost oriented. The depth is not 2-1/2 feet but two feet (I measured it) and the width is smaller than quoted except one area close to a cement patio. 2. The pond shows rough finish. Rocks around the edge fall off occasionally and liner is not concealed at many areas.
The customer has a 2 1/2 ft deep pond. We gradually drop the pond depth down from the outer perimeter down to the bottom. She did not take her depth measurement at the exact center as I showed at a later date. The customer did not ask for a pond with total depth everywhere to be 2.5 ft. Only to create a small area within the total that depth was 2.5 ft.
