Electrician (George, I believe) came out to my home to estimate the work needed on Tuesday, March 8th. He told me he would call me in the morning of Wednesday, March 17th. I asked him for a time, and he kept telling me "in the morning", he gave no solid time when pressed. Wednesday morning he didn't call. I reached out to him at 10AM and left a message. He returned it and said someone was already at my home. I was not. I had to run an errand. After asking him to wait 20 minutes for me to return he said that wouldn't work and I'd need to reschedule. Then called me unreasonable when I said I would simply look for someone else. They seemed very nice when giving the estimate. I even accepted his overpriced offer because of that. But, reliability is everything. I will not be rescheduling.

Response from Company:

This customer was hard to deal with we arrived 10 min. late and he was not home I called him and he said it would take about 20 min. to get home so I said I would reschedule for the next day but he did not want to... It is unfortunate because I gave him a very good price for the work.

a lot of problem with this guy.does not show up when he says he will.. than show up with out calling first like we told him too.. has someone who work for him do the work but did not check it. there two holds in my kitchen floor he told me he did not how to fix , i look it up utube and told how to do.. he spend most of his time in his work van while the young kid did the work and he did not check and told me husband he did.. we have all this on camera.. it took a month for the job to be done.. after we though was done.. we found out the young kid that work for him cut thermostat wire in wall.. when my husband called the guy he would would charge us.. we already had someone doing job that was hold him up.. so he fix the wire. we told Poulo Electric to came to our house at 830 am wed July 31.. he said he could not make.. well that he show up at that time.. with many other lies.. he said he work for sears.. we called them he does not work for them. im sorry to say but i would never call him for work again..
