Precise Remodeling

I would not and highly encourage Home Advisor to not recommend Precise Remodeling to anyone. He walked off the job five weeks into our master bathroom remodel after we asked about the remaining timeframe of work completion. He was offended and left very angry. Our remodel began in early October 2020 and anticipated completion prior to Thanksgiving. After having to obtain services from another contractor we had to have the entire shower floor torn out and redone as it was not done properly. Tile on the floor as well as the shower wall and as the niche was not properly placed (no mud on the tile just the wall). Some tiles actually fell off in the process of trying to fix another tile. After work continued with this new contractor, we had to shell out more money to purchase the additional tile, and material as well as more cost for a new contractor. Precise Remodeling contractor doing work acted very unprofessional as well as immature and should not be in this line of business. In retrospect, they got in over their head. He also made us as his client to accept the way he wanted to do a lot of our remodel in regards to a walk-in shower floor versus a higher than the original shower floor curb. Needless to say, the additional cost to us was having to tear out the entire shower floor to redo the walk-in shower the way we wanted to begin with. The new contractor explained our shower would have leaked within two years the way Precise Remodeling completed the work. Our master bathroom remodel is getting close to completion but n thanks to Precise Remodeling. Again, we do not recommend Precise Remodeling and ask that you also not recommend them to other customers.

Quality work, professional service On a recommendation from a neighbor we called Precise Remodeling for a master bathroom remodel (in a mobile home, which other contractors declined to consider). As soon as I met David I knew he was right for the job. Not only was he prompt and professional but he was genuinely interested in the project, even seemed excited about helping us realize our vision. He provided great advice on the best path forward while keeping our design concept and aesthetic a priority. He returned a bid and timeline for the project in short order and we got to work. He was very helpful in suggesting materials that would meet our needs while controlling cost. Communication during construction was timely and clear. He and his crew were respectful of our home, and they finished on schedule and on budget. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the service. We highly recommend Precise Remodeling for your next project.

He is a genius. He's really fast he does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it, I cannot recommend him enough.
