Simply fabulous; exceeded my expectations!!! Would hire this company in a heart beat and will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends. Even the neighbors commented on the excellent craftsmanship! Workers always willing to answer my questions and make a few minor adjustments. Michael D'Amario, owner, is involved in every step of the job making sure everything runs smoothly; he was just a text or call away. His number one goal is to make the customer happy, and he has made this customer very happy indeed!!

Mike Damario and his team of roofers did an excellent job. They were "on time," and worked continuously despite hot sunny conditions. Removal of the old tile roof was difficult and messy. The house, groundwork and shrubbery were thoroughly protected. No damage was incurred anywhere during the entire job, and cleanup was continuous and thorough. Mr. Damario was attentive, but not present during the entire job. His presence was not necessary as his crew were all professionals and self-starters. If Mike was needed, he was always available by phone, and would make time to inspect the job if necessary. Although we had not requested the installation of snow guards, and they were not included in his quote, Mike judged that the slope of the roof was such that their presence was necessary, particularly with a slick metal roof. He installed them throughout at no charge. In the end, there were no extras. We paid the price as quoted. If you are looking for a "cheap" job, do not look to Preferred Home Improvements as a solution. If you want nothing but a "top drawer" roof replacement; metal or otherwise, at a fair price with professional installers who work quickly and safely, then I can highly recommend Mike Damario and his team of roofing experts. By a "fair price," I mean neither high, nor low. Mike's price was competitive, and I'm very pleased that we decided to go with Preferred for our home re-roofing solution.

They did a great job, punctual and in contact with updates until the job was done. Mike checked in with us regularly about the process and any issues that came up, also making sure we were happy with how everything was going. He was flexible when meeting with us and very friendly and professional. He was able to give us ideas of things to do with siding when we weren't sure but didn't push anything on us. Overall really positive experience. The house looks fantastic.

Walter came to the house the same day that I called and he fixed the problem within an hour! He was very friendly, very professional and told us that he only lives 10 minutes away so we can call him if there are any further problems.

Walter Bednarz from preferred home improvement came out and did a great job for us, we were in a bind after the original contractor went out of business and Walter really came thru for us. Would definitely recommend him .

Company called as soon as I submitted request. Very professional . Fixed my siding immediately. I thought price could be a little lower.

I had a serious stucco problem on my home that the builder refused to repair. Preferred Home Improvement removed the stucco and replaced it with siding. They were timely, professional, and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them.
