I was so pleased with the promptness and professionalism displayed by this company. Definitely above and beyond in the service departments. Martin didn’t have a part he needed on the truck so the owner picked it up from a nearby warehouse and brought it over so the repair could be finished that day. My car was stuck in the garage and the broken spring made it impossible to open the door. Not only did Martin arrive on time, he called to see if he could arrive earlier. We discussed the best options for fixing the door and went with a torsion conversion, which is a little more expensive than just replacing the spring, but it’s a much safer option which gives me peace of mind when our grandkids are playing by the garage. Martin also did a door tuneup and replaced the fraying cables, as well as replaced the weather stripping at the bottom of the garage door. We paid a fair price for the security of a door that will work well going forward. I totally recommend ProLift.

The repair was done within 24 hours of my first contact with Melvin, the owner. It was an emergency as my car was trapped in the garage and the door wouldnâ t budge. Martin came to do the repair. He was upfront and willing to discuss options, but also gave us the pricing on the spot. We opted for a torsion conversion. He pointed out a problem with the cables, which were fraying. So we had those replaced as well. But he also gave us a lot of good news about the quality of other products and the condition of the garage door, as we purchased the home only a few years ago, and did not have these parts installed. He did not try to sell us any extras, just made sure our garage door was functional and safe. With 5 little grandsons who love our garage, that gives us peace of mind. We met Melvin, the owner, when he came by to drop off a part that Martin needed. (Luckily the warehouse was fairly nearby.). From my phone contact with Melvin to the final installation, we could not be more pleased. The pricing was fair. We also had new weatherstripping installed and Martin did a garage door tuneup. This company will be my go to for all things garage door related in the future!
