ProLift responded promptly and had a tech on site within hours. I was given options for the door opener and chose to replace. The tech did so immediately and was courteous. A follow up call from me was respectfully and professionally handled.

We had to replace an elderly and non-standard sized door. Literally 80 years old. They did a fine job of matching the size and removing the obsolete and corroded old mechanism.

Prolift Garage Doors are very highlyrecommended. I am not one to write or leave a review but this time I will. I called so many other companies because I needed my garage lifted because my vehicle did not fit after some modifications were done to it. I was at the point of giving up. Brandon went above and beyond to come up with a solution for my garage. Even when he told me to give him a few hours to come up with a solution, he called just to notify me that he had not forgotten but had other jobs he was taking care of which is understandable. He sent me very detailed invoiced and explained each one to me. He got me set up earlier than expected and the job was done very professional and fast. Once they finished they went through it with me to make necessary inspections to make sure I was happy with the work. Excellent service! Other companies flat out just sent me a text saying there is no solution and wished me luck. These guys are the complete opposite and will find an affordable solution to your needs. Thank you guys for the excellent work! Not to mention they reply immediately.
