Good experience. The workers were very courteous and they were prompt and competent . Phil called that morning to advise us that one worker had called in sick and that he would be at the house later. The workers arrived just as he said. Everyone was courteous and did an excellent clean-up job.

Good experience. Phil was great. Very thorough and was able to schedule us in where it worked best for us. We are very grateful for that. Only thing was that when they came out to do the work, they stuck to the work order to the T even though upon removing some rotten wood, we saw that we may need additional work behind it to properly complete the repair we needed done. I would have appreciated being made aware of that and consulted before just going ahead and putting fresh wood over a hidden problem. I was only notified about this because another handyman at the house sent me a picture of it. Also, there was debris left in the gutter from the roof work and I had to ask them to check and clean it out. Our downspouts go underground and that could have been a big issue down the line if I hadn't caught that as well. For the price, they were good. But maybe don't walk away for the day.

Contracted with A1 Pro for chimney/roof repairs to stop water from leaking into the attic based on how Phil explained the work and a fair price. They did the repairs within a week of signing the contract. The next time it rained a small mount of water still leaked into the attic and when I contacted Phil from A1 Pro, he said would take a look and came within two days. He determined possible cause of leak and scheduled the additional repairs very quickly at no additional costs. Phil called after last rain to be sure work prevented water from entering attic, nice touch. Based on the responsiveness, communication and how A1 Pro worked to make everything right, I would definitely recommend A1 and keep them in mind for future work.

They did a complete chimney rebuild with waterproofing (new brick and mortar, new flue and cap) from the roof line up. They were able to come out on Friday for an inspection and quote. They were able to fit me into schedule and complete the work on Sunday. This was very helpful as solar company is installing a new roof on Thursday and they don't do chimney rebuilds or repointing. Looks very nice
