With the supply chain issues we will not continue with this project until the supplies come in in about 12 to 16 weeks so the project has not been started its just been awarded so I dont have any kind of details about the experience because it hasnt happened yet You guys installed this thing couple weeks ago and they did a fantastic job they were so experienced and they were answering every question I could throw at them. Also the product showed up a couple weeks early. Thank RW for a great job.

Unfortunately we are combatting the supply chain issues everyone is experiencing to get materials in stock. We did in fact sign a contract with this customer. I would recommend this company time and time again! From the initial phone call to the actual technician showing up to do the work, the service was phenomenal. It is clear that this company is focused on the customer experience, quality, and efficiency. They're not looking to make a quick buck, but to make a long-time, repeat customer. Though my call resulted in a quick adjustment of the sensors, Rob took the time to ensure everything about the door was functioning properly. This is a big deal and shows they care about the overall customer experience. Best value for my time and money, hands down!

I had three quotes for a new garage door motor and RW Garage Doors had the best prices without comprising quality as well as best warranty terms. It was so easy and fast to work with them. They have great customer services. The person that did the installation (Rob) was very knowledgeable and flexible (even when I asked him to change the location of the wall clicker again after it was already mounted !). They went above and beyond and I could no be happier with the job done. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend their company.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
