Quick Response Time. The repair guy came very quickly and was able to resolve the issue in no time. They were also very reasonable when charging for the repair. Overall : Excellent service, excellent repair work, excellent value for money.

So impressive a can-do attitude and readiness to help solve our problem, presenting us with alternatives and patience to consider. I would say they don't make people like this anymore, but they do! Faith restored in a good, old fashioned willingness to repair a very old garage door. Much appreciation for this company!!!

Friendly, prompt, and completed within the time projected. Rob did not push more on me than I wanted. I wanted a basic door opener without a keypad and that is just what I got. But Rob did more. He inspected and lubricated all the tracks and moving parts and explained the work he had done in clear terms. He even made a minor repair before it became a huge problem. If the need arises, I will be a repeat customer.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Fabulous customer service from start to finish. They really saved us when our garage door spring broke unexpectedly and on a Sunday of all days. They even figured out why our garage door opener wasnâ t working just because they are that knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair!
