Joe is professional, on-time, excellent/ honest communicator, fair with pricing, and did an excellent job with repairing my leaking sprinkler. I am very satisfied with his service. Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is totally and completely professional, humorous and polite. His services are very fair priced and he is prompt. He and his crew installed our sprinkler system on time and it works perfectly. If anyone out there is looking to have a sprinkler system installed Rainfall Irrigation is the company they need to use.

From the initial prompt response and proposal, to showing up before the start of the project to mark the property, to a totally stress-free installation (because my lawn and flowers still look good!), and finally, walking the property with me to be sure I was satisfied with the work done, I am absolutely thrilled with the professionalism and exceptional level of service received from Rainfall Irrigation! Joe even returned on Sunday to run a couple of lines to two pedestal flower pots, so that I wouldnt have to water them manually Now thats customer service!!! It was quite evident that Joe uses a cohesive team(s), not day workers, which definitely added to the success of this installation. Joe and his crew worked together like a well-oiled machine...everyone had a role, knew what it was, and performed it perfectly! Im glad I chose Rainfall Irrigation, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for competitively priced and expertly installed irrigation system!
