We had a roof cap vent installed to correct previous roofing error from another company. They came in cut the roof vent in correcting the problem we were having in our attic.

We had a TVA home inspection after they completed our work. The TVA inspectors were very impressed with the quality of their work and rated the attic insulation a 10 out of 10. They took pictures and were going to use them in their meetings to show others of how it should be done! Very good job and we can already see changes in our electricity bill!

Frank and his crew came in and removed all of the mold and sealed off for protection. They were able to remove all of the mold and debris very quickly. We also had structural problems caused by the water leak. Theyâ ve made our house better than new. They have sistered and replaced everything from floor joists, subfloors, flooring, wallboard all the way to the crack in our brick. We totally replaced our bathrooms and are so thankful for how well they have turned out. We have known Frank for years and knew he was reliable and trustworthy. Heâ s got a great crew working for him and they will definitely do a good job for you!!!

A lean too or an additional covered parking space was added to our carport. The addition is very well built and looks great. We had them cover the entire carport with the same roofing, siding around the top of the entire carport and added gutters. While doing all this work they checked for any wood that might need replacing. Some wood was replaced while other pieces only needed a few extra nails. Loved the completed job.

Working with Frank was the single worst business experience of my life. Our remodel was supposed to take a month and began last June. Tomorrow is February 1. We have had to pay for housing this entire time and his workers do not come for weeks at a time. He lies constantly!!! Writes a vague contract that he can manipulate later. Do not trust his word. He will not give you specifics on the contract and then tell you that a tiny amount is allotted. He owes us so much money back for work he has not done, and no one has been on the job for a month. I am devastated and can not sleep from the stress. Beware of Frank McGill.

Frank and his crew are wonderful. You can trust they are going to give you their best efforts. Being able to totally trust a crew in and out of your house is really a valuable trait these days. They will be the first call we make for our future plans.

Rain or Shine - Frank and his team of craftsman are all honest hard working people. They built a fire pit and benches from a drawing we had put together. It is beautiful, even better than we dreamed.
