All things being equal, i *want* to recommend this company - overall they are good people, and they have competitive pricing and quality workmanship. But they give a quote for a project based on DAILY RATE x Expected # Days, and if the work takes longer, you pay more. So, a two day project that ends up taking three will increase your quote by 50%, which happened to me. Additionally, one step of the project, sealing the tile, was not done, and despite numerous contacts, I was never able to get them to schedule a return to finish that.

Entire process was pleasant.. thought price was a bit high but overall very pleased.

R & B tile really saved the day! A small grout replacement job turned into a huge issue when it was discovered that the shower had not been installed with proper waterproofing, and the entire shower floor needed to be replaced. They were able to move forward with the job right away, match the tile that was needed exactly, and leave the shower looking brand new and seamlessly fixed. The job was completed on time and Robert was incredibly communicative, understanding, and helpful the entire time. Wilson had great expertise and did beautiful tile work. They were incredibly respectful of the living space, and would leave the space clean each day. It was great to get to work with them, and would definitely recommend!

We wanted to replace our bathroom floor tile after a major plumbing pipe failure. The plumbers had broken into the concrete foundation to replace the pipe, but that left us with the problem of fixing the damaged flooring -- preferably without replacing ALL the tile. R&B Tile showed up on time and did an excellent job. They even finished early. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Robert is a quintessential professional with responsive communications. The job was to replace the grout in a huge master bathroom. Sergio is the kind of worker, who never looks up as he is working for hours and hours. Robert kept me informed about the progress of the project. The finished project is BETTER than the original. I recommend this business as one of the BEST I have ever had the pleasure of working--please don't hesitate to hire this business if you have any grout needs.

R&B tile did a great job on replacing our outdoor silicone seal along the floor of our stucco walls, natural stone , and window frames during the rainy season. We have yet to see if the job will keep the water from further seeping into our indoor wood floors. Business was responsive and quickly contacted us after my request through Angi.

They did a FABULOUS JOB. We are pushing 80 and the thought of doing a complete remodel at this age with the mess and the expense was overwhelming. VERY prompt for initial visit and scheduling!! We decided to go with re-grouting. The kitchen looks new now and we are thrilled with the results!! Would absolutely recommend them. They are full contractors also. Donâ t hesitate, call this company!!
