    One day our gfci outlet failed. We contacted Randys through HomeAdvisor. They came out and pushed the reset and the power came on, so they left without doing anything else. I had a feeling that was not the end of it, because I had pushed reset a dozen times. Sure enough, the power went off later that night. They agreed to come out again without charging the $59 fee. They came out and we discussed replacing the outlet. Turns out they wanted $190 for that. I said to forget it. Bought a new gfci for $18 and did it myself. Is $190 the standard rate for one outlet? If we assume they charge $30 for the part, then labor would be $160 for 15 minutes work, or $640 per hour.

    They did a great, great, job. I would hire them again. I beleave you get what you pay for and electrical work to me it was worth it. I look at safety and our house we bought was 21 years old so it needed updating. They were very knowledgeable and were very honest. My only complaint was they are very expensive.

    Technicians were great and gave the pricing upfront. Walked me through the process and verified everything was working correctly. Also, checked to see if there were any other issues while there. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would hire again if needed.

    Dan was prompt, professional and tidy. They arrived and used foot protectors (which is always a PLUS for me), diagnosed the issues and gave me an upfront quote. A little pricey but they do quality work.
