I protested that I had to pay for time spent buying materials. If you are putting in outlets, you should know what you need. Also, I was told that they were not affiliated with Angi and therefore could not get a percent off for being a new customer. I thought the technician did good work except did not secure wires to the wall.

Hi Gerard. Here is our reply to your rant. First, Insinuating that we were not equipped for your job because we did not show up with all the parts is completely unfair. WHY? Because you did not order the replacement of any specific type of outlet ( There are over 20 different kinds) NOR did you give us a number of outlets to be replaced. Instead, you ordered an inspection of your outlets and subsequent replacement of any bad ones. You offered no specs, part numbers, photos, or any other information on the outlets you thought we needed. We drive small vans and while we do carry some stock on them we simply cannot carry EVERY PART.

Prompt and easy to work with. Very quick to complete the job. For me a five star review would mean perfect all around. The specific worker I had did not clean up the old wires, etc. It was a simple clean up for me but I would expect the wires and old fixtures to at least be in a pile. Overall good experience.

This company was inconsistent in what was delivered versus what was promised, left a huge amount of construction debris strewn around multiple places in my home, and was dismissive of concerns when voicing them to the main business line on the day of work. They also left gaping holes in the doors rather than even bringing it up before the work was completed so new locks could be procured. The person who I spoke to my first day booking this job was the only pleasant experience I had with this company. The results of the doors themselves are adequate, but you can get that from all but most inept installers. You don't get points for that.

Wow.. this is Freddie. I am glad you thought I was pleasant on the phone previously because that is going to change now. BECAUSE I DO NOT TAKE KINDLY TO PEOPLE LYING ABOUT OUR WORK OR SERVICES. You're out of your mind. The only party in this arrangement who did not do what they were supposed to do was YOU. YOU were responsible to purchase the doors, which AS A COURTESY we picked up for you at the store and delivered for you. Because you do not have a truck. YOU were also responsible to purchase the locks and hardware. Blaming us for you not knowing you needed knobs and locks for your doors is beyond ridiculous. The GAPING HOLES left.
