Great communication, showed up on time, great job. Just wish there was some more information on how to take care of the tile/grout, products to use/not use, how often does this need to be done, any guarantee. But very happy!

We were installing a new kitchen sink when we found out it didn't fit right. The quartz countertop needed to be 3/8" bigger on 3 sides to make it fit. I called Robert, told him what I had, and he gave me a ballpark price. When Robert got here, it couldn't be cut ...it had to be ground down. Robert and his helper got the 3 sides ground down enough to fit. Not only were we impressed with the professionalism of the job, he honored the agreed price, even though it took them much longer than estimated. We would definitely recommend them for your construction needs. It's nice to know the honest ones are still out there! Thank you Robert!

Robert did a great job in trimming the granite counter for sink installation. The only negative was the granite dust was throughout our kitchen, dining room and family room. A suggestion would be to keep the granite dust in a more contained area, whatever it takes.

This survey shows the work done was tile and grout cleaning, and that is wrong. There was no cleaning at all, as the shower had never been used. The job was simply to seal the new tile and grout, and the time involved was a little over an hour. Wish he would have left instructions on how to care for the job he did, (to have the sealing of the tile and grout last as long as possible). While here, he recommended a cleaning product or two, but I've forgotten what they were, so it would have been nice to have that in writing. I believe the above would fit on a business size card--something to think about. We did feel the cost was very high, since there was no cleaning to do. It's only been a couple of days from when the work was done, and so far we are happy with the job that was done. The worker was clean, appropriately dressed, and worked in a professional manner. I would hire this person again, but might shop around before calling him.
Response from Company:
We're very sorry the customer was not completely satisfied with our service. But what is failing to be mentioned here is that the project (seal Only), amount of time(1hr), and price ($250) was clearly discussed and agreed to 5 days prior to the project date. I had informed the customer that we have a$450 minimum charge, but that I'd take $200 because it was a seal only, even though their home is located approx. 8mi outside the town of Scappoose. The customer felt that was a fair price when it was scheduled. When I arrived to do the project the customer's husband was in the middle of inventorying his entire collections of antiquities that he was going to be selling. They were both very preoccupied with categorizing and pricing things. The customer and I actually did discuss cleaning products and maintenance, and she actually wrote it all down. But it seems those notes may have been misplaced, quite possibly in all of the projects they were more focused on at the time. I do not discount the fact that we do not have literature to leave with customers when projects are done, and I really do apologize for that. We have been creating maintenance literature for our customers and hope to have it ready soon. I hope to have the chance to do another project for the customer and give her a better perspective on how good we are as a company and how much we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers, as well as doing a job that we're all proud of.
