This project had several unique components. The experience with Customer Service throughout the project was professional and I was advised along the way when the estimator would arrive and when the repair would begin in advance of the next step. The estimator was thorough and discussed color match and process. The repair was done professionally with professional care to the repairs and to my home. I was included in each step to discuss approval of the work and it was done before the estimated time and less expense than expected. He went above and beyond my expectations. Much appreciated.

The people who showed up to do the work were very young and just didn't seem very experienced. The quality of the work was very poor and the for the rather high price we paid I expected better

This company is terrific! They repaired grout, cleaned the tile and sealed all in our walk-in shower stall to perfection! Their customer service is excellent and they go out of their way to make sure everything is done right and to your satifaction. I highly recommend them for any work you need done along these lines.
