We hired them to replace a faulty faucet and spray hose in our kitchen sink. The workers were courteous, arrived on time and installed a quality $279 unit to replace the faulty one. No problem there. Prepare for sticker shock if you go with this company. They ended up charging a total of $819, or $180 an hour, for a job that took no more than 3 hours. To top it off, we did not receive a receipt for the job. After we paid the workers, I asked for a receipt and was told Doug at the office would email me one. I phoned Doug three days later after failing to receive one and I still have not got a receipt two weeks later. I would rate the customer service by the workers a 5 and Doug's customer service a zero. I realize most plumbers are gouging customers now and that's why I'm giving them a 2.5 for the value of money. If I don't get a receipt in the next several days, I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. I've always received receipts for any home repairs and can't figure out why I have not received one yet. I would not recommend this company.

Two part review. Two separate jobs. I got several quotes and they were higher than most but I hired them because they seemed the most professional. First job was one day and perfectly done. But they discovered a cracked pipe and water leak. The recommended an abatement team. The abatement team did a great job preparing the area for the plumbers to come back. Then it took several days of back and forth but the plumbers repaired the pipe. My only major issue was that they did not keep me informed of their status. They left once without letting me know to go to another job. Leaving me to make calls for updates on the repair.

On time arrival. The tech noticed that there was something wrong with the Faucet I bought at Home Depot. They were very kind to wait at my house while I returned the bad part and came back with a new faucet assembly they could use to finish the job.
