The cost was pricey (I always believe you get what you pay for), they were eager to start. They were very pleasant. Will update review when blemishes are corrected and I have received a copy of my contract.

We hired Steve to paint our bonus room, and pretty much our entire downstairs. They did a great job, very professional, on time and easy to work with. He also stained our deck which looks quite nice. What more could you ask for? If you are considering Steve, I think you will be happy with his services.

Based on the cost of my paint job, The Price / expensive/ above the cost estimates for Raleigh,NC However,. I had other issues that caused me difficulties, Homeowners Insurance/ also For the Public Adjusters, INC Apex, NC. The paint work quality and customer service /very good. Will update after the revisit.

Roof looks good. They didn't leave much of the old roof in the yard and best of all the leak that we had is gone. Mr. Rodas came out and gave the estimate. He has a really good eye for items that weren't properly done on the previous roof. I am really happy that there is no longer any water dripping from the facia. They offer a five year warranty from Rodas and a fifty year from GAF. I found many that offered a 10 from the contractor and one that gave 15 years. I am hoping that I never have to see how well they stand by them. They also require half payment when the supplies are delivered and half when work is complete. Most of the estimates I got were pay when work is complete. All in all I am satisfied with the service we received and would hesitate in using them again.

Steve did a great job with the deck and fence and repaired my back door frame. My wife is getting him to replace the backsplash in the kitchen and do some painting. His prices are very reasonable.
