Rodus did everything they promised.

They showed up on time and were done before I knew it. The yard was clean. I was left with a beautiful roof.

This is, literally barring disaster, the only time in my life I'll ever have my home roof replaced. The job Rodas did looks excellent, and everything important was fine. But I the roof will have to be on for a few years before I'll really know if it was good job or not. The crew was fast, generally very careful, and appeared to do excellent work. My house and garage took them a day and a bit. They were in a hurry on the second day, and failed to get all the grit off my deck. They also left a couple of pieces of tarpaper stuck behind a downspout above the second-floor level and didn't clean up around and under where they had parked in my alley driveway. Someone came to check the quality of the job a couple of hours after the crew left, noted those problems, and promised to get the crew back to clean them up. But they never showed. This is a minor complaint, but it was irksome.

This is a great company! I called several companies when I discovered that my roof/ceiling was leaking. Rodas was the first to respond. Working with John the salesman was effortless and everything went very well. I only wish the workers were a little more careful with my landscaping as some plants were damaged from debris. But all in all I would highly recommend Rodas Construction.

Great communication, kept us in the loop the whole time. Responded fast, completed the roof job ahead of schedule, and below budget. Chris made making the decision easy. Would gladly use again.

Representative Cole Faulkner managed from start to end communicating with us on every phase. Team members were skilled and conscientious. Finished product was highest caliber. Happy customers? oh yea!
