Royal Pool Service is a husband and wife team. I hired them to replace the vinyl liner in my pool and replace some pipes around my filter setup. They provided outstanding service. They are very knowledgeable and were very responsive to my extensive inquiries. Finished the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

We were really impressed with this company's integrity as well as their prices. We were advised that we could wait another year to get our liner replaced as it still had plenty of life in it, even though it was past the usual replacement age. We were given a ballpark estimate for planning purposes and they patched the couple of tears and replaced our filter baskets. We are planning on using them when our pool liner comes due for replacement, and possibly at converting over to a salt system at that time. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and we are feeling really confident that they will be able to give us good value for our money.

Customer Service after the sale was terrible.
We are not sure where this customer is coming from. We received one call from his wife after we were complete about their salt system. The lights were not on after a bad storm. I walked her through how to replace the fuse. This was not under warranty and they wanted to do it themselves. After the liner was purchased we tried several times to get in touch with this customer to schedule an install date and could never get through. We also emailed. When we finally got in touch she apologized saying that she didn't check the email and had her phone set to only receive faxes. We feel we did a great job installing this above ground liner.
