My roof repair was not a big job, so I was kind of squeezed in. The boss (Eric) called about one hour before they came, i.e. there was no appointment scheduled per se for the job itself although there was an appointment for the estimate. I thought that appointment was on a Monday, he thought it was on a Tuesday. Once we got our wires uncrossed, everything worked out OK. His workers were very nice and got the job done. Maybe the price was a bit high, but I just wanted the job done and he did give me a break for messing up the estimate date. All in all, I'm satisfied and would use them again.

I had a great experience with Royal Pro Construction. I need a small bit of roofing help, but it relied on another project being done first. Eric was very helpful during estimates and planning and was flexible in his schedule. When it came time to get the work done he came out quickly, had everything he needed, and finished the project in a reasonable amount of time. He charged us a half day rate (his miniumum) which was reasonable and about what I had expected. Ultimately I was extremely happy with the entire experience.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
