My apologies that we couldn?t get to your job as quickly as you would have liked as other jobs took longer than expected. Our office did communicate with you and we gave your 20% deposit back the very next day that you asked for it.

I got 2 bids for this job and Shane was under by enough that I felt like his presentation and confidence in his business was going to give me the peace of mind I was looking for. Kent obviously needed sunshine to get the job completed. They got samples delivered for approval and got to my house and got the job completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. Shane showed me pictures that prove they don't just focus on chimneys but also a lot of other construction as well.

These guys DO IT ALL. We hired them to tuck point our bricks. They identified rotted wood on the roof (which was confirmed in our home inspection report) and they replaced and painted that. We told them our front porch was sinking. They removed it and replaced it. We are very pleased with their work and staying on top of the work.

We hired them to remodel our bathroom. IT LOOKS GREAT and they were very quick and communication was good. We also hired them take down our chimney and rebuild it. Yet again, they did a great job, they were super quick, super friendly and professional. They gave us a good price, we got to haggle a tiny bit. Business well done! I would hire again.

They did a great job in putting a new crown and multi-cap to keep water out of our chimney. They also raised our flue liners. Very happy, will be using them again!

Tim the service man that I worked with, lies to me, makes promises that he does not follow through with, bad mouths the mason. It has been over 10 days that he has promised me that he would show up and has not. The office just apologizes and then calls me to tell me that they can not make it after they say they will send someone out.
