    I had an existing patio with pavers that needed to be leveled out correctly. This company was the fourth one I contacted and the only one that kept their appointment as well as keeping in touch with me throughout the whole project. There were some delays like rain, but it was completed in a timely manner. They did an amazing job and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Now, they've given me a reason to do more shopping for my patio :)

    We decided to hire them. We gave them a $2000 deposit to get a permit and were told they could get it in 2-3 weeks. I started contacting them at 4 weeks when I had not heard anything. I kept calling and they said that it would be done in a few days. I received the drawings and plans 7 weeks later. They were very basic with no details. We asked to have an appointment to sit down and discuss. The first appointment was cancelled the that day because Harold was ill. We rescheduled and he never showed up. We rescheduled again. At 35 minutes past the appointment time my husband left. Harold showed up 5-10 minutes later. At this time I told him we are not going to go ahead with the project. We also spoke with the Noblesville permit office and were told that the plans were no where near detailed enough to allow a permit. No money was every paid to the Noblesville permit office. I have since called 6-7 time and emailed twice and none are returned. I spoke with Penny twice who said she needed to ask Shane who is the owner. She also said we would not get any money back since they put so much work in the plans. I have sent a certified letter asking to speak directly with Shane. So far, there has been no response. They may be better for masonry work but for room additions I would never recommend.

    I got an estimate from Shane construction and some other bids for a paver patio. After telling Shane that I was going to go with them, Shane told me that it would cost $500 more due to material costs for the pavers. I accepted that updated cost estimate against my better judgement. I signed the contract and paid $500 as a deposit. After one month of hearing nothing from this company, after multiple messages and texts, they finally got back to me. They now informed me that it would be $1000 additional, which is now $1,500.00 more than the original estimate. They stated it was a supply issue with the pavers and a cost increase. I actually went to the company that sells the pavers. There was no price increase and they have the pavers in stock. I cancelled the contract and hope I get my deposit back. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I am very disappointed with both Shane and Angi. The only reason I used this Angi service was to get better contractors. Huge disappointment.

    We had a contract for Steve signed and was preparing to do the job. During the review process of the job, we found that the material desired did not match up to the original material discussed upon our first meeting. Original discussions were for a specific brand of paver and not a style. The styles selected by Steve ranged from $5.50 - $44.50 a square foot. The salesman-Tim was instructed to return to Steve to inform him of the change in material costs-which did not go well with Steve. In order to settle the issue, we refunded his original down payment of $500 to his credit card on 06/16/2021. We sincerely apologize that this misunderstanding occured and have made in-house corrections in our system to avoid later material cost issues. We hope Steve finds the best solution for his paver project.

    Jason and his son did a good job on rebuilding my chimney. Jason kept me informed on his progress and answered any questions that I had. He was professional and personable. The job was finished within a week and they cleaned up the area when done. As far as cost is concerned, it was comparable to other quotes I received.

    Do not use this company they are using various business entity names. To me they are fraudulent and are not good business people. The BBB has no clue to the extent this company is defrauding people and they don't care to hold them accountable. Please do not use this company. They are not professional, the workers are not masons or contractors they are more like general laborers. They do not wear a uniform, they arrive in personal cars, they do not have equipment, they left my home dirty and my front door has to be restrained and sealed. They do not show up on time. I told them immediately and they make many many promises. I was left with incomplete work and I was told numerous times it would be taken care of. I did not press them in 2020 because of covid but as things began to drag on. I call the office several times and explained what had happened and what did not happen. I left message after message. I called a different times during the day and weekend trying to get them to honor the agreement and fix the job. They always began we will get right on it. After many calls the office customer service, or whoever they have on the phone. Once they said we are going into a meeting we will get to you right afterwards. No nothing, no phone call, no one visited me to see that issues. I called and told them the issues again and gave them the names of who I spoke to. Nothing. Nothing. Then they started with we have no record of the job I said I have all the paper work, the names of people I spoke with and I said I have the invoice from the quote to which I paid the 20%. Then I said I have the satisfaction agreement to which I paid 100%, because I had to leave and they said for sure it would be done. I told them, I have the copy of the checked signed and cash. They again stalled and said can scan it and then email it or fax it. I said yes. Again Nothing. I called back and they did not even know who I am now. I said enough is enough. I contacted the BBB

    I needed my stone wall repaired along with wood trim replaced and painted to match exterior trim of the house. They did an amazing job and their team made sure every detail was just right before signing off on the job. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction.

    I had interaction with both the owner and the expert stone mason. Both were simply wonderful. The end result was a stone wall repair that looks as if it is original. Since this was damage done to someone elseâ s property, I was particularly pleased and relieved! I highly recommend this company.
