We hired SJ Interior to remove popcorn ceilings, repair and finish. Santiago is a true professional and his workers are the very best. The care they exercised in prepping our home for the removal was extraordinary. Everything was taped and covered with plastic; however, the crew took the time to sweep and wipe up each before leaving. The newly finished ceilings are beautiful. Santiago, and his crew are the very best and definitely the finest contractors we have ever dealt with. The work product is impressive, the guys are polite, professional and skilled. Aside from their work, which is top-notch, the clean-up up following the completion of the job was outstanding. We will hire SJ Interior again.

Santiago was very professional and did an excellent job repairing and painting our drywall and replacing our baseboards. He answered our inquiry promptly and was available right away. His pricing was also very reasonable. Definitely recommend him!

This is the second project we’ve had Santiago and his team help us with and they did a fantastic job. Both Santiago and Edgar always do great work. They retextured and painted our pantry and reinforced the platform our inside HVAC sits on. They were on time, as usual, and did a great job with the clean up afterwards. Will definitely use them again for any future projects.

We have a 20 year old house that we wanted to have the popcorn ceiling removed and retextured. We chose Santiago based on his reviews and he and his team have exceeded our expectations. Not only did they complete the job in a timely manner but they worked around us being at home and our pets. He was informative, friendly, and always prompt. After they completed the ceilings, they did touch up paint (we have nine different colors) and worked around a mural and several built in shelving units. After everything was finished, they cleaned up better than we would have. They did such an excellent job, we would recommend him to anyone and we are eager to use him for future projects.

I hired Santiago last month to demo wood panels and skim coat the walls smooth since the panels were covering up a lot of mess that was never updated. His pricing was right there along with other contractors I got quotes from. Others had fine print that stated pricing could go up depending on the walls getting damaged from removing the panels, but THIS company promised to include of any damage, and that was important for me, to stay in budget. Santiago was so friendly and professional, covered my floors including the path through my home. He found some old drywall that was too brittle which he replaced, he also patched some holes in the ceiling from plant hooks etc, matched the ceiling texture perfectly and gave it a fresh coat of paint. Then he replaced all the window trim and added a little shoe molding on the bottom because there was a gap showing where the floor met the wall. So much attention to detail. Iâ m 100% going to hire him for my future projects and I know if youâ re shopping around, stop, you found the right contractor. These walls are smoother than I expected and Iâ m so happy with how it turned out.
