James initially came to my property and spent time listening to my concerns and observations regarding the existing bermuda grass and some drainage issues. I had some ideas to improve but also did not have the experience that James has. James brought some new ideas to the table and I gave me the liberty to implement these ideas. James did a complete change for our yard including spraying and scraping all the bermuda grass, adding drainage lines and river rock, regrading, installation of new landscaping, rock walkway, top soil, and finally installation of ~ 8200 square feet of zoysia sod. James and his team completed the work in the time frame he indicated and addressed any concerns I had during the project. Overall we are pleased with the end result and would recommend James for homeowners looking for a reasonably priced and reliable contractor.

James did a good job in removing a number of old and â not well cared forâ shrubs.Ours is a zero lot line home with a small front yard.His plan has transformed our landscape plan to something fresh and new.

James was very helpful in coming up with solutions for a very tough landscaping project. He and his crew worked tirelessly to insure the work was done right the first time. James also owned his own large equipment unlike other landscapers, which was helpful in grading almost 2 acres and laying down 24 pallets of sod. I highly recommend them.

They removed junipers that covered the whole front yard. Their customer service was excellent and work professional. They worked around rain delays and completed the work on the day promised. I recommend them for any landscaping needed.
