Top notch service from beginning to end. Quickly scheduled and completed as promised. Great work, professionally installed roof, cleaned up everything afterward, great communication throughout the entire process. 5 stars!

Salty Dog did not follow through at every step of this process. He hired people who used tuna cans as junction boxes for electrical work, they were fined by county inspectors. This project was contracted for 3-5 months and it took 15 months to complete. His people consistently said: well Ryan never told us that and had to tear down work and start over. His people destroyed new floors, and he refuses to fix them. The new A/C system does not work properly, and he refused to have it fixed. We went weeks in the middle of winter without a thermostat in the upstairs of the house causing the house not to be heated properly. For a while the HVAC did not work at all because his people shorted out the system and could not figure out why it did not work. There was not a single room in this house that did not need major repairs before being completed. When they replaced tiles in the bathroom, they used a different color grout on the floor and used a marker to color it in. They buried concrete in my yard which they refused to remove until I explained the criminal violation of improper dumping of construction materials. They refused to get a dumpster instead leaving rash in my driveway for weeks at a time before it was removed. The custom-made closet is poorly finished, and they used a saw blade that was not proper for fine woodwork, and the edge of the drawers are all broken. He said he would fix this and did not. The basement bathroom shower should have been a plastic insert with nooks for soaps, and we received tiled floor with a plastic insert and no nooks. The exterior electrical outlet covers do not match around the house. Trim work along the floor, that his people removed was not replaced. Toilet in the in-law bathroom is too close to the wall. They took out the concrete, and never moved the toilet and poured in new concrete leaving the toilet too close to the wall. They moved the HVAC in the in-law apartment into a bedroom instead of in the ceiling. This eliminated a bedroom. This put bump outs in the apartment for the HVAC eliminating kitchen space and lighting, which they were specifically told we did not want bump outs in the apartment. There is much more, I am making complaints with the BBB, and any licensing and professional organizations he is associated with.

the associates were extremely professional and uniquely qualified. I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I would certainly recommend Salty Dog and would use them again for any future projects

He did really good work, he did our roof and flooring and did a great job, everything that he said he would do came through in the time frame, he walked us through the right materials for the job, showed us samples to help us decide. Very patient, the quality of work was great. He was always available during the whole project. He showed up on time and estimate came in right on target.
