My house entry door had long-standing wood rot in several places. I decided I'd better get a professional to fix that. I called Scott Purvis based on his homeadvisor.com ratings. Scott came over right away, looked at the door and made some suggestions as to how he would fix the door. I liked the plan, and hired him. Scott's work was excellent, he kept me advised all along the way and I am very pleased with the door as it is now.

Scott is a very dedicated, talented and customer pleasing man! He gladly came back and retouched the stain on the new front door he installed... 3 times! The door itself was expertly installed and his advice from the start was invaluable. Call him! You will be so glad you did...we are!

To Whom It May Concern, I am completely unsatisfied and disappointed with my business dealings with Mr. Scott Purvis. I gave Mr. Purvis a deposit for services dated 10/21/2016, and was told my service would be performed by Thanksgiving. After four months of excuses, on February 11th, 2017, Mr. Purvis finally showed up with a completely unsatisfactory product. He misrepresented his ability. He will not return any of my deposit; therefore my only recourse is small claims court. I strongly do not recommend his services.

Both Scott and his helper were thorough, pleasant and easy to work with. When he had to attend a personal matter, he was quick to notify me of any delay and keep me informed throughout the project. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Purvis was prompt in his response for service. He kept me informed throughout the project regarding material costs and estimated time of repair. My fence was repaired and I am totally satisfied with his work. I would recommend Mr. Purvis for any fence repair or installation.
