I had a issue with the price of an additional 10 foot of work after Groundworks took over the company from Select Basement. The problem was resolved with Ray the field supervisor for Groundworks.

All aspects of the work to be performed were clearly explained along with justification and guaranteed satisfaction. Had basement french drains installed. Communication after the inspection/estimate was excellent. Gave me a start day and they arrived on time to get the job started. They protected my hardwood floors and thoroughly cleaned the floor once they were done. Time will tell if There are any problems with the drains.
