Serenity's work started with tuck-pointing three tall chimneys. They additionally rebuilt 3 entrance steps and a patio. These were build with bluestone but had settled and required rebuilding. Serenity was able to carefully remove and reuse the bluestone, retaining the character of the home. Matt's crew was hard-working and professional. Work was done on schedule, as discussed, Work areas were maintained clean. We will use Serenity on future projects.

Matt was very polite while working. He reinstalled flat stone work patio and walks. Ever since he did the patio, I have gotten l water in my basement directly where he worked!! I have tried to text and call him, but his mailbox is full. He also installed fine ground stone between the units which has settled. I have already tripped because they are not even. I agree with the previous reviewers, in that he was very quick to show up for payment, but without him backing up his work, this experience has been AWFUL.

Hired Matt to repair a brick wall in Thompson. He was paid in full, but only did half the work. He came once, and said he would be back, but has not returned. Meanwhile, the house was sold (repair was to satisfy the real estate contract), and new owners have moved in. The bricks were never mortared. He will not answer his phone or return text messages, and his mailbox is full so I can't leave a message.
