I gave a 4.5 instead of 5 because I just had the service done and want to make sure the cleaning, sealing and repairing holds up before I can call it a 5.0. All 3 employees were extremely knowledgable about the stone I had and how it should be cared for. They worked with me to achieve a polish/finish I wanted. The work was done in a timely fashion with very good communication and they left my house cleaner than when they arrived! You could tell they took pride in their work and wanted to make sure I was pleased (which I was)! I would certainly recommend them.
