My wife and I just purchased our first Florida home. I have used many contractors throughout a 30+ year period in the New York /Long Island area. Signature Services rank among best contractors I have ever dealt with. Professional from start to finish. The job they did for us was excellent. At first we had the grout and tile clean and sealed. Robbie called me (we were still in NY)and told me that the grout had been dyed previously so we could not get it where we wanted it. An he suggested if we like, we could re-color of the grout. It turned out absolutely fantastic.The work they did changed the whole appearance of our house. Thank you very much Robbie, and Robert for having such a professional well run company. Robbie and Billy came out to steam clean 2400 sq. ft. of tile and seal the grout. They were amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional and thorough. They did not rush, did an excellent job, took time to explain what they did and how we should care for the floors in the future. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I did a lot of research to hire a company to clean and seal a 3200 square foot home. I contacted Mr. Holland several times. He always returned my calls, answered my questions, and explained the process. He sent Robbie out for the tile job. I just canâ t say enough positive things about Robbie. He is very polite and kind. He answered my questions and explained what he would be doing. I thought the price was very fair and I am trilled with with the final outcome. I highly recommend this company.
