I hired them to remove some small trees on a steep bank. They showed up at the agreed time, removed the trees, cleaned up and when all was done, Dustin asked me to review their work. They were genuinely concerned that their work met my expectations. I will be using them in the future.

I was just looking for a quote but I hired them on the spot.The size of the job totally depended on cost and we presented everything we wished to have done thinking we would just pick and choose what we could get done but to our amazement the quote for the entire job was right on what we could afford to do.Everything was spelled out on what would be done and the time frame involved. I had my doubts on the time frame but sure enough the entire project was completed with time to spare. The workmanship was excellent and their skill level showed throughout the project. I had a great experience with these guys! They called same day I requested quotes to arrange a quote meeting. Dustin was early for our appointment which I really like. Their prices for tree removal were much lower than other quotes received! They are clean, polite and professional - and Americans! I was impressed by their teamwork and regard for safety! QUICK - I was in need of a quick response due to recent storm damage and I think I answered a call from them within 1 minute of my posting the request. That's fast! They squeezed us onto their busy schedule and got started within 2 calendar days. REASONABLY PRICED - Dustin and Chris came over same day, thoroughly assessed the problem areas and gave us an estimate that was well below their competitors. GREAT CUST. SERVICE - When the crew arrived, they were on time, professional, prepared and safety minded. It was also really obvious they were a great team, and love what they do! THE WORK - We had three 100 ft.+ trees that had suffered wind and snow damage over the years, but most occurring within the past 3 months. The overall health of the trees was assessed, and they scaled and examined every square inch of all three... removing limbs that were cracked, broken or tangled with others and waiting to fall. After surgically removing several of the larger limbs with ropes, and lowering them carefully to the ground, the crew cut and stacked them for firewood... ! IN ADDITION - We had a couple of other trees trimmed, some failing shrubs removed and several rhododendrons expertly pruned.... all in less than half a day! EXPERTISE - The plan we'd agreed to was followed carefully and Dustin and team provided status, explanations, recommendations for follow-on care as well as elicited our feedback which made the entire experience NON stressful. Salesperson was quick to contact me and schedule a free inspection. The quote was extremely good, despite the size and difficulty of the work. The work lasted two days, and I am extremely satisfied with our "tree-less" front yard.

They were courteous and came right out. They also submitted the lowest bid.

The crew was very professional. They worked methodically to remove 4 huge cedar trees, each over 100 feet high. Work was completed within 1 day.
