Excellent experience with Slider Genie. Efficient and effective work, were very kind and courteous, provided great information to know and think about down the road, and very honest about what needed to be done and what wasn't necessary. The response was so fast which I appreciate. The lady on the phone could not have been nicer. The guys came and were so friendly and professional. They were very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure my doors were perfect. They were very honest and indicated that one set of doors didn't need to be repaired because they were still in very good condition. Not many companies would be so honest. They worked so well as a "team" and finished the job in a short time. The were very neat and tidy and so respectful. I highly recommend Slider Genie. Their prices were also very reasonable.

I called them to repair the rollers of our sliding glass door. It was so hard to close that I was getting shoulder pain. They were out to our home within a few days. Raul and Jose were very professional, efficient and friendly. The job was completed in less than one hour at a very reasonable cost. Now my door slides so easily, I can practically close it with one finger. Thank you Raul and Jose for an excellent job. Now my shoulder doesn t have to work hard.

Very prompt and one day service. Jose and Raul promised satisfaction and delivered same. Solved in less than an hour problem previous past contractors had not. I would use Slider Genie again.
