Smart Builders Group (Eduardo) provides “high quality work for an unbelievable price!” They are prompt, professional and very meticulous with an eye for detail. Eduardo is very customer service oriented and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right, with the highest quality and to ensure the customer is happy. He worked as he promised. Finishing on my backspash and tiles on stair riser was very good. He answered when i needed, which is bery important.

This is my experience with his work. Eduardo gives a good initial presentation. However, he proved to be lazy. Did not completely clean up afterwards. Wasted tiles. Does not respect your home, scuffed my appliances, does not know how to schedule job properly without moving appliances outside. Placed my appliances outside it rained. He told me to put plastic over it. I ended up with more work after he left. I had to reinstall my bathroom door. I noticed after they left that my cabinet was broken where they forced the refrigerator into the wall. He displayed an attitude when questioned. Lied about his ability to complete the job. No I would not recommend or use him again. The gentlemen who installed the work did an exceptional job. However, Eduardo hovers over him and provides poor advise on the job. The gentlemen who did not speak a lot of English but was an exceptional worker. Eduardo is a poor business person.

Eduardo was on time and ready to start the project. He is very professional and meticulous about his work, in which I appreciate so much. They made sure the areas was covered and they cleaned after completing the project. They did an amazing job adding tile/back splash to my bar. I highly recommend this company.
