Source 1 Roofing, LLC

We purchased our home in, north las Vegas, and was expecting a new roof. We called Source 1 Roofing and Dallas came out and inspected our roof and noticed poor workmanship and bad plywood! They gave us a bid for the roof and did a fantastic job repairing our damaged roof! Thank you for the great work and follow up! they showed up on time and did what they said.

This company did not show up after I took the day off for them, I called Dallas 5 times... no return calls. Sent me messages, I call you back and does. 4 different times, refund my $114 deposit. No answer at office or cell. This company is a fraud. I have to contact a lawyer now to try to get my good faith deposit back, too many crooks in this town, here is another one. Run from this company!

Did not show up when scheduled. I got a bad feeling and tried to cancel the service. They talked me into going ahead and I regretted it after. Did not clean up after themselves after I told them every day to please do it. I spent hours picking up single pieces after.

Quick response to a roof needing to be replaced following wind damage. Very professional. Good at communicating their needs, and the services they were to provide. The clean up following the work was thorough and well done.

Shingle repair. Crew was great. Finished job 1 day early. Highly recommend.

Where do I start? Set first appointment and they no showed and did not call I called them for 2 days and no answer finally I rescheduled and again no show finally got Dallas and he came by and gave an estimate which I agreed to and set appointment and guess what? No Show and No call! Called Dallas and he finally got them out there ( 2 months after I first called Source one) after the next rain we discovered not only was it still leaking it was worse than before! Do I called Dallas and after a few calls and texts he sent them back out and they walked around a little bit and never came back called Dallas of course and he said he would take care of it and that was over a year and a half ago. I give up on Source One and will now have to find another roofer to fix the problem so NO I fo NOT recommend!

Easy to work with

They were originally suppose to start on May 28, 2020. I had to call the office when no one showed up It was rescheduled for May 29,2020 at the same time. Again no one showed up. At this point I was ready to cancel the job, then I decided to give them one more chance. They did how up on Saturday and got the job started. The worker were very friendly and knew what they were doing.
