Roof repair was completed with photos showing the work was done. The work area was clean when they left and staff was very polite. The phone receptionist was very professional and responsive. She gets 5 stars. Source 1 Roofing got only 4 stars because they did not give me proactive notice of what would happen next and when. Weather caused their schedule to shift, which is understandable, but I would have to repeatedly call to find out when they were coming out. They accepted my feedback. I would hire them again.

Came to give estimate, given deposit for materials for a 1-3 day job, said they would come in the next week to being, 1.5 weeks later started, finished job 29 days after estimate given. Calls to office went to full voice mail box and when someone was reached, information provided as to question was never accurate.

Great company to do business with. Fast and professional, great clean up. Excellent communication. Contacted me within minutes and scheduled an estimate a few days later. Other companies took over two weeks just to call me and werenâ t able to schedule an estimate for at least three weeks out. Iâ m very happy with my choice and highly recommend Source 1 Roofing!

They called me, they were courteous, and even when we were waiting on materials they called me to keep me informed. Their clean up was awesome and their bid was almost half of my other bid.
