My 92-year-old dad needed a blind repair for his older vertical blinds -- they would not pull back. He is on a tight budget, so couldn't afford to replace them. Prior to contacting Statewide Blinds, I had called other companies -- some didn't call back, others didn't perform the service. I was not optimistic, but after talking to Clara, we scheduled a visit with Larry. He gave us two choices for repairs and also tested other blinds in the room to make sure they didn't have similar problems. The work was done quickly and reasonably priced. My dad is VERY happy! Thanks for a great job!!!

prompt & very courteous
He was rarely on time and took forever to do the job. He didn't measure correctly and thus had to come back several times. The job was way over-priced after my neighbor got a quote and then compared.
We are confused by this since Darlene loved her first order so she ordered from us again and we came back to install those. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and even send out a survey asking how we did, since nothing came back to us we believed she was a satisfied customer again. Our appointments are set to allow for flexibility so each customer gets they time they need, we are rarely outside of that window of time but it does happen on occasion if the previous customer takes a little longer than anticipated. We are disappointed that Darlene didn't express any concerns to us as we would have made every effort to work with her.
