This company was beyond courteous and professional! The office called several times to make sure my appointment worked for me, gave me an hour window to expect them-they arrived within the first ten minutes and took ten minutes to install the blinds which look FANTASTIC! I'm thrilled!

Never received shutters or installation and kept my $400.00 deposit. Company needs to be reported and prosecuted.
We are very disappointed that we are at this point with this customer. We take pride in all we do and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We spoke with this customer on several occasions to try to provide updates. The shutters were ordered with the specifications that because of the wood stain chosen, it would take 8-10 weeks. We received a phone call stating that she wanted to cancel her order after 9 weeks and wanted her deposit back. The service we provide is a custom service and deposits are taken because of that. The shutters are custom made for the particular window measurements of that customer, therefore deposits are usually non-refundable. We have reached out to this customer and are awaiting a return call, to discuss options available. We would like to express our sincere apologies on our behalf and also that of the supplier.
They were scheduled to arrive on a Thursday between 10-12:00 to repair the pull string of a black honeycomb shade. When the repairman didn't arrive by 1:30, I called the office and was told by the scheduler that the color cord (black) needed to repair the shade was on back order and did not arrive. The cord was expected to arrive (today or tomorrow). So, the date was rescheduled for the following Tuesday. The repairman arrived at the appointed time on the following Tuesday and said "I hope you like white cord". At that point, I was not anxious to reschedule for a third time and told him to just use the white color. It was a disappointing experience for the $55 charge.
We are always available to our customers who have concerns or comments. Please reach out to us, as customer satisfaction is a top priority at Statewide Blinds! We never told this customer that the "black" color cord needed to fix his shade was back ordered, only that the 9M cord was back ordered. There is no black cord which is why this is so confusing. As soon as the product needed was back in stock we were back to the customers home to complete the job as promised.

They were friendly, fast and delivered as promised. I am very happy with my window blinds.
Larry and staff were very courteous and efficient. My verticals were repaired in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends.
