My only problem was that the salesman promised parts of the install that weren't in keeping with how the roof was actually installed. (i.e. said would that if temps. were below 40 degrees, the shingles would be kept in a heated van then installed with extra sealant and use of a heat gun) I would wish that the salesmen would know how the work is actually done and not give customer assurances that are not going to be carried through.

I received three estimates and I felt the most comfortable with Stellar Roofing. They explained the benefits of the products they use, explained thoroughly the work that would be done, and performed the work in a professional manner. After the installation the owner came out to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Being in the trades myself, I tend to hold people and companies to a high standard. With that said, I could not be more pleased with every step of the process.

One day service, excellent cleanup, Arron Scott very detailed, responsive and informative on roof condition and plan to repair and replace. $4k less expense than competition. My builder who lives across the street said they did and excellent job using the best materials and installation technique.

Sales pitch was slick and impressive. What surprised us was that the estimate was very competitive. Work crew was organized and well led. Cleanup was excellent. We feel good about the job done.

Complete replacement in one day! Just amazing how they worked nonstop and saved $4k over previous estimate. Very very customer oriented explaining and showed everything they found wrong and upgraded repair options.

Full roof tear-off, repairs, and shingle install was high quality work, very fast, on point for cost, with a great warranty. Jose and his crew were very professional and pleasant. Cleanup was very good, considering how much debris there was, although not perfect. They even took care of a couple little extras repairs for me (I was SO happy not to have to climb up and fix them myself)!

Stellar Roofing was great from the start. My sales rep., Zack was very informative and gave a great presentation of the products and services. I opted to have my roof replaced at any time including weekends. This worked out great for me because as it turned out, the day after I found it raining in my bathroom there was a crew on my roof the very next morning. The crew was scheduled to start a three day project but there was going to be a rain delay. So they did my home instead. The crew was simply awesome ! A very well oiled machine. My roof was completed in just under 9 hours. This was not just roofing shingles, most every board on the roof was rotted and had to be replaced. I have a beautiful new roof and couldn't be more happier !!! Thank you Stellar.
