The salespeople were great in talking me into using the service schedule. The appointment was a big pain they always called when I was at work, then not available when I was free (my lunch break) day of service, a white van pulled up no company name on the van. I was a little worried about who they were. They said they were the roofers. Ok, now, even with the flapped tarps, they trampled the garden and killed and damaged the plants I think the worst part is they emailed me the bill at 8 am. after the work was done And then I called 3 times to see if I got it It seems they can care less about the schedule of the appointment, but when it came time to pay, they were available. The work is complete it looks like a roof, so I guess it's good. Would I recommend them? Hmmm, good questions, but I definitely would have to say yes. All in all, the job got done in one day . The clean-up wasn't that great. But yes I recommend them.

Extremely helpful in every way answered all questions no matter how silly I thought they were. They are available to answer any questions anytime you call and very friendly too. We are extremely pleased with the work they did and the clean up when done.

I rate Stellar a 4.8. From the Sales Manager Issac, to the Admin staff, project manager, and crew, the company handles themselves with integrity, professionalism, skill, and grace. Ownership is also readily available if needed. Wonderful experience, great product, representation, and warranty.

Everyone was very nice and made sure we didnâ t have any questions. Very down to earth and professional.

Only fault was some nails left in gutters, and they put a board on one of my plants.

From Beginning to end â ¦ very Helpful!!!â ¦ I was the customer with a ton of questions â ¦:) I was worried about choosing the wrong color â ¦ they gave me addresses to drive around at look at houses with the roof colors I liked â ¦. Way easier to pick a color when you can actually see it â ¦;) ð ð We Chose the â Glacierâ Roof Color with Black Gutters â ¦ Love Love Love the End result!!!â ¦ So thankful they were all so patient with me and all my questions!!!!!â ¦ð ¤ â ¤ï¸ ð STELLAR ROOFING!!! ... We were very pleased with the entire process. The initial consultation through the install and clean-up was very professional and thorough. The final results (new roof and gutters) were great. A very hard working crew!
