got off to a doubtful start but jeff came through to my complete satisfaction i now have confidence in angie's list also

Has my money for down payment for parts, now seems to have lost interest in doing the job or at least trying to fix the situation. I would appreciate him at least showing effort to try since he does have my money.

Talks more than he listens. Quoted $4400. Stopped showing up for work after we would paid $6900. Sanding was not smooth. Used wrong nails. Did not finish the install, did not stain or poly. Spilled soda on new boards, so we will have to sand that out when we finish installing. Did not put heavy paper layer between plywood and wood flooring, so it's going to squeak. He does not know how to do real hardwood flooring.

Got the job done satisfactorily, but put me off twice when he needed to complete the job.Unfortunately had a heart attack at my house after he completed 1st stage of job. I called 911 for him. Disorganized and sometimes unprofessional when speaking to customers. Easily distracted. Needed to focus more on work than talking.

Jeff is an amazing proprietor. He was very professional, honest and fair. I hired him site unseen. He sent photos of every stage of the work. He did my entire homeâ s flooring, stairs and two bathrooms. Iâ d highly recommend Jeff Sudberry to take care of your homeâ s project(s).

Jeff responded quickly to my request to fix a squeaky bathroom floor. He arrived at my house within an hour of speaking with him on the phone, and diagnosed the problem and fixed it while there. I would highly recommend Jeff and his price was also very reasonable. Great Job! 👍

Jeff responded very quickly and was out at my home for an estimate next day. He had a little trouble with a few tiles not adhering properly, but he found them in his own QC check and fixed them before the even knew it was a problem. Overall, the job was very well done and finished on time even with a custom threshold not originally agreed to as part of the job. He even fixed a leaky outdoor faucet for me while he was here.

I did a luxury vinyl plank installation. Jeff is very responsive. He takes care of doing a thorough job at high quality. He is very flexible and easy to work with. Strongly recommended.

While I had a few estimates for floor removal & replacement Sudberry was the only one that followed up in a timely manner. Jeff & Chris were very professional and really did above and beyond on my floor removal & installation. In addition they did a feature wall, built a kitchen cabinet, made a closet, install new flooring on stairs lastly made beautiful niches going up stair wall. Will definitely be using again. Work was exceptional,pricing was fair and reasonable. Have referred to family & friends.

Based on my experience with this company, I would have to agree with other reviews that I am reading on this site - professional, on time, fair price, and thorough. I would hire again if needed.
