Write a ReviewWe hired Surfside to replace our old awing. Overall excellent experience. We highly recommend them.
I hired Surfside to replace my old awning with a new awning. They were professional, on time, and delivered a quality product. Great price too! Would definitely recommend.
The work was excellent!!!!!
They called ahead, came on time and did a great job.
Excellent experience
I hired Surfside Awning as a service to install a Sunsetter Awning. At this point I gave them a lower rating due to the fact that they have not completed the project and I am not should when they will. Since the matter in which they installed the awning, they felt that the items included with the Sunsetter awning package did not need to be installed. However that feeling was not discussed with me at the time of installation. When the installation was completed they failed to leave the parts and instructions that Sunsetter provided to finish the job. Now I have to wait for Surfside to return to our home with the parts in order to complete the job. However that will be when they are in the area.
dear stanley my company has been installing retractable awnings since 1988 we have a particular way of installing retractable awnings to insure that your vinlyl siding does nott get dented or cracked, The piece that you are referring to is a rubber hose that gets put between the house and the hood to protect the siding, We use our own partst to do the same thing the other part you are talking about was an allen key which has been returned to you, You hired us to do a job we did it to the best of our abilities using our own proven system your awning looks great and works properly, Those two parts are not mandatory when installing a retractable awning they are included if needed and we did not need them for your installation thank you
excellent work fair pricing would hire again

He made it seemless and such an easy transaction. He actually matched my color perfectly and went above and beyond.
Very approachable. Whenever you have a question, he gets right back to you. Very happy! The installation workers did such a fine job. Its a custom awning and fits great!
