We had TCB replace carpet and vinyl in our entire lower floor recently. I rate their performance as nothing less than exceptional. They were prompt, efficient and very skilled. We ran into a couple of little issues, primarily brought on by the choices I made, but in working with Greg Ballou, our contractor contact, he made sure that all of them were resolved to my entire satisfaction. My home looks beautiful now and I couldn't be more happy with the work done. This is a company that is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction and it was a pleasure to deal with them. I can highly recommend them.

Max was persistent (in a good way) . He followed up with us to make sure we get the right carpet that would fit our need. He was very patient and explained us different options available for our carpeting needs. I would definitely recommend TCB Carpets .

I rated them 1/2 star low because they didn't clean up after themselves very well. I had to go through and vacuum all the rooms myself, otherwise the experience and the job was done well.

My original 5' x 9' bathroom vinyl floor was discolored, possibly result of water damage. My local flooring company told me that, if sub-floor damage from water might be involved, "Lowes or Home Depot would be a better fit for my needs" and did not respond to further inquiries. I discovered that Lowes and Home Depot both intermediate with outside contractors, whereas I prefer to deal directly with the contractor. One company I contacted did not have an estimator available for several weeks, another wanted to install a new vinyl floor over the old one, and another never responded at all. TCB Carpets sent Greg [the lead installer] out for an estimate one week later and he provided the estimate the same day. The estimate was reasonable and I accepted it, with deposit, the following day. The installation was originally scheduled 4 weeks out but was delayed for 2 additional weeks due to unexpected snow, Greg's flu, and scheduling adjustments. Greg and Alex discovered that the vinyl discoloration was due to water damage that had rotted through the sub-floor and into the substrate beneath. They removed the vinyl and sub-floor, but re-installation had to be delayed until I could find someone with expertise to repair the substrate rot. The substrate was repaired 1 week later and Greg scheduled the installation for the following week. After installing a new sub-floor and visually inspecting the vinyl, Greg and I decided to confirm that the vinyl provided was not defective before installing it. This delayed the installation for an additional week while Greg conferred with the vinyl supplier and re-scheduled the installation. Greg and Alex then installed the vinyl. Since this flooring project involved a bathroom, in which is located a bathtub, toilet, and sink, it is not surprising that significant water damage might have been an issue. Whereas the other companies I contacted either did not want to deal with water damage, showed little interest in such a small project, or preferred to take dubious shortcuts, TCB Carpets was thorough and professional in handling all aspects of this project and did so at a reasonable price relative to its scale. Greg answered all of my questions, accomodated all of my requests and concerns, and provided helpful guidance at every step. Both Greg and Alex provided top-notch workmanship. I would hope that all of TCB Carpet's crews provide the same level of thoroughness, customer support, and quality that Greg and Alex provided. Based on my experience with this project I can recommend TCB Carpets for flooring projects, particularly when serious problems such as water damage that affect the integrity of the house or building may need to be addressed.

This is a small family business and the people are great. Better than hiring some huge, impersonal company.

TCB did an excellent job for us. Quality work, met the schedule and priced lower than competitors. They also installed new floor molding for a very good price and did a superb job.

Chris P. was excellent. We were on a tight schedule with our closing pulled in 2 weeks. Chris was resourceful and found good quality carpet that we liked and that met our timeline for delivery and install. The installers were on time, clean, friendly, and knocked out our 4 bedroom house in one day. Would definitely hire them again. Chris is not just a sales rep/estimator, he actually knows something about the trade & craft of carpet install. Call him, he'll take good care of you.
