The crew did not show up on time (there was a 4 hour delay). There a "dimples" everywhere that they put down the padding which they stapled to the floor about every 18 inches. There was dust everywhere in the house after they left. On the other side of the coin, the new carpet does look nice.

I got several estimates and Chris quoted excellent quality carpet and pad for near $1000.00 below the next estimate. I am extremely happy with the carpet and the workmanship of the install crew. Only glitch was the pad wasn't what was agreed upon, I'd asked for 8# moisture barrier and received regular 8#. I think Chris forgot to write it up on the work order. But a quick trip to the warehouse solved the issue. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for excellent quality carpet and installation for a very competitive price.
