it took three separate crews to complete the project. brought in the best after I wanted to pull out due to unhappiness of what the first crew accomplished. that climber, ted, was exceptional as was his ground man, Mikey. It was so unusual that the owner and his wife were on site the whole time, although not doing any tasks. has a good sales pitch but the whole situation felt unprofessional until ted showed up. UPDATE: Since the project has been completed I started moving the rounds, started noticing large limbs not fully cut through. absolutely no tree treatments were in place. I was shown three tree treatments, in the package, that would be placed before they left. we were handed 3 other ones that looked used. that was the biggest part of his sales pitch. I was polite before, he and his wife were sleeping in their truck in my driveway. they failed to complete the job, front tree untouched. three others he said he could do his climber said no. misrepresented himself. hired him because of his arborist license. I wish I would have hired ELI from another company. he had an arborist on staff. he also used bucket trucks. would have been done in one day, not a week.

I apologize for the inconvenience of me having to bring out another crew nothing like that has ever happened in the six years that I have been in business and indeed me and my wife are both on sight the whole time to ensure that my crew gets the job done safe and efficiently us being on site the whole time ensures that it gets done the job that was to be completed was completed was agreed on by the wife and the husband not do any cutting on the small maple in the front of the home I also gave said customer three treatments to treat the small maple in the front the treatments cannot be reused they dissolve in the ground our other reviews speak
