      Terrible customer service. The customer service rep would promise to return the call within 48 hours and have the local office contact us. Not a word. You can make an online appointment and never have a service person show up. Mosquito service is the worst. Must say they did try to contact me as I was canceling the service.

      A year straight from the worst service we have ever had! First started off getting more money taken out of my checking account directly than agreed, after several calls to this company, as well one call to my bank was finally reimbursed after talking to a higher-up supervisor as well disputing with my bank for the termite treatment. Then with the in-home normal bug treatment appointments numerous different times they did not show the day of the appointment and with no call either after we scheduled our days around it. Then we kept having problems with termites and again after numerous calls, one year later they finally got someone out here to finish doing the treatment on the backside of the home that never was done on the first treatment. Then the last three months of the one-year agreement once again I called the supervisor, Ryan Snow, as my phone records the calls, I told him we did not want to renew the contract and he said if we pay this last quarter for $100 we would not get charged with early termination fees so we agreed. Then after calling my bank I found out we were charged $280, I tried calling and leaving messages with supervisor Ryan Snow, which he never answered, so I texted him with two different phone numbers to call me at. He would call, let it ring once and hung up and said it must be my phone, then I texted him about our final agreement on the $100 and he replies that he has not had any communication with me, which I replied lookup I have an app which records calls, needless to say, he did not reply. I contacted corporate office as well, once again our bank to dispute the $180 overcharge, as well told them the actions and recordings of supervisor Ryan Snow two days later and two hours longer of the third day of being on the phone with the corporate office they finally reimbursed our bank account and I made sure they stopped the auto-renewal on the contract, and bank card payments that supervisor Ryan Snow was supposed to but never did. We have been in the process of renovating our home and this held us up one year longer before we could finally move forth with getting our new floors installed. Myself as well as my other two family members have serious health issues that did not seem to bother this supervisor or the company. We are renovating our home to make our home handicap accessible and Terminix has made all of our challenges even more challenging. Save yourself all the troubles and headaches, there are way better companies out there to do business with that would not make your life anymore painful than it may already be or has to be.

      Helpful with multiple pests we were experiencing: ants, mice, and squirrels. Some delays in response for follow up after initial work complete but overall worth it and we?ve seen a great reduction in pest presence.

        We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.

        We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
      9. Identity Verification (SSN)
        HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
